College of St. Joseph's baseball team hosts Great Bay Community College at St. Peter's Field on Sunday, Oct. 7 for a doubleheader starting at 1pm.
The Fighting Saints have had success during the 2018 fall ball season, currently posting a record of 6-2. CSJ is coming off two 4-1 wins over Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) on Sept. 30. Great Bay Community College (GBCC) is 4-2 this fall. Their two losses were at the hands of SMCC by the scores of 7-6 and 22-12 on Sept. 22. On Oct. 3, the Herons defeated Central Maine Community College (CMCC) 15-4. Earlier in the season, GBCC narrowly beat Central Maine by the score of 9-7.
Sunday's home games will conclude the Fighting Saints' fall baseball season. The spring schedule will be released in the coming months.
